OUR SERVICES
FORK SERVICING
Forks fully stripped and cleaned to check for any damage/imperfections. Fork top tubes & stanchions inspected for damage (dents/pitting). The forks will then be rebuilt and put back together using the highest quality products and oils.
SHOCK SERVICING
Shock is stripped apart and all internals removed, cleaned and inspected including shims, piston, seals housing, bump rubber. The shock will then be rebuilt and put back together using the highest quality products and oils. All shocks are bled up with our vacuum pump ensuring no air is trapped inside the unit and then charged up with nitrogen. Once completed the spring preload is set ready to go.
SETUP / RE-VALVING
Stock suspension is rarely set up to suit individual riders needs. Whether you ride or race the suspension setup is key for getting the most out of your ride. Inside your suspension is a stack of shims which control the damping of your compression / rebound. In our workshop we can adjust these settings with your feedback to help make the suspension perform better for your needs such as height, weight, riding style and skill level.
INTERNAL KITS / BLADDERS
Depending on your bike model, standard suspension doesn’t always have the best quality internals due to manufacturing costs. We can supply and fit a variety of fork/shock internals upgrades that will transform your suspension. From air to spring conversions to shock bladder kits we have you covered.
LOWERING KITS
Are you a little short in the leg? Or maybe you just love extreme enduro? We can lower your suspension to suit your height, giving you more confidence when you need to put a foot down. We have lowering kits to fit both forks and shocks
TRACKSIDE SUPPORT
We offer a wide range of trackside support to inform riders on how they can make changes to their suspension to improve performance to suit the conditions of each track. From a simple sag and clicker set up to advanced data recording track days we are here to help.

We can deliver all forms of suspension repairs. From complete shock failures to a leaky fork seal. With our in-depth knowledge and experience we can troubleshoot any suspension issues to keep you safe and get you back out on track. Working with all major distributors, no matter what brand of machine, we can ensure that your suspension will only be repaired with top quality parts and oils.

Improve the look of your suspension by Anodising your forks, Choose from a wide range of colours and get that factory look.
SPRING POWDER COATING
Improve the look of your shock spring by Powder coating. Choose from a wide range of standard colours or go all out bling with the candy colours.
OTHER COATINGS
We offer a wide range of other coatings. The TiN (Gold) and DLC (Black) stanchion coatings which look trick but also provide the stanchions with a lower-friction to improve performance. Also can coat the fork feet, triple clamps, small parts, adjusters ect.
